About this Oil 

Crisp and refreshing, Douglas Fir is a native tree that defines our Pacific Northwest landscape. As an oil, the scent is bright and lemony, "Christmasy" but with deep complexity. Raindrops filtering through the mossy forest from canopy to roots.

This limited edition batch is a winter distillation from windfall branches. Whidbey Island gets strong winds every winter that knock down branches and entire trees, providing a sustainable distillation source for fresh, mature, fragrant Douglas Fir. 5ml amber glass bottle. 

Characteristics 

Douglas fir is an uplifting scent that promotes focus, deep breathing, and mindfulness while grounding you in a sense of sacred place. Woodsy and bright, with a lemon top note.

Uses

In the diffuser: Place 2-5 drops in a candle or steam diffuser and enjoy. Pairs especially well with Cedar or Eucalyptus. 
In skincare: Our favorite way to use Douglas Fir topically is a single drop in soap, either a liquid unscented castile, or bar soap if you're getting crafty.
